Listening

Thursday evening, Ashley was going to go to the store, but both of us had felt for some reason, that she needed to come home and get me first. While we didn’t know why, we listened to the feeling.

It took a little longer, but we found out on the back way to Mt Juliet. A stolen vehicle passed us, and went off the road, followed by at least 4 or 5 police in high pursuit. The vehicle went off the road when coming towards us, thankfully on the other side, but had already hit a couple of vehicles. Had Ashley and Nicholas been a little farther along, it could have been very bad.

God has His hand on His people, as Pastor said, we’ve got to pay attention, even to the smallest voice, and not allow distractions to cause us issues. They may be unexpected to us, but if we listen to Him, they never surprise Him.
