Watercolor Bronze Pillar Of Solomon

Today’s prompt for #WorldWatercolorMonth was bronze. As a Christian, student of history, and a Minister I wanted to illustrate it with the pillars of Solomon’s Temple. While there were two, I’ve painted one here, with the names of each on the sides.

As instructed by God, they named one Jachin, and the other Boaz. One meaning He shall establish, and the other In it is strength. There is so much in this. For now I’ll say, God was saying the strength was not in the pillars alone, but in Him. He is The One Who establishes and sustains us!
