iPainting Was Not Supposed To Race
I wrote about it yesterday in the sketch, but Rich Strike was not supposed to race on Saturday. A last minute removal of another horse gave him an opportunity to run. He seized that moment, and ran into the history books as the second biggest long shot in that race’s history. Don’t allow others expectations to dictate your pace, go for the goal!

iPainting Dick Van Dyke Nonagenarian
I have been a fan of Dick Van Dyke for most of my life. I remember him of course first as Bert in Mary Poppins, then the Dick Van Dyke Show. Later, I was a huge fan of Diagnosis Murder. After that Murder 101, and other projects. The wonderful thing about him, is he not only did something unique in each phase of life, he kept moving. Today I wanted to share a painting of him as a vibrant Nonagenarian, or someone in their 9th decade. I remember seeing him dance in Mary Poppins Returns, still moving. It’s a reminder never to allow age to stop us.
